JJ, click on the Windows icon bottom left of the screen and scroll down the list programs to find Paint or Paint 3D. Open that.
Click on 'new'.
Your cursor will look strange on the blank page but that is fine. Right click your mouse and click 'Paste'.
Now click the menu top left of the Paint app and click 'save as'.
Click the 'image' pane and in the box that opens type the name you want to call it and choose where you want to save it to - pictures, documents, desktop - whatever suits you
When I click on the yellow folder on my desktop page it takes me to the page where it says documents downloads pictures and below that is my OneDrive which also has documents pictures folders etc and my screenshot are in this picture file in a folder called 'screenshots'.
