this should be in techie - here goes. Ok looked up at how to do screenshot which is basically taking a photo of the page
ie told to hit windows key and print screen. the page turns dark for split second - that's the photo I am assuming.
Where then do I find the screen shot. Thanks

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.JJ, click on the Windows icon bottom left of the screen and scroll down the list programs to find Paint or Paint 3D. Open that.
Click on 'new'.
Your cursor will look strange on the blank page but that is fine. Right click your mouse and click 'Paste'.
Now click the menu top left of the Paint app and click 'save as'.
Click the 'image' pane and in the box that opens type the name you want to call it and choose where you want to save it to - pictures, documents, desktop - whatever suits you
