Printer Only Prints In B&W
7 Answers
One for Buenchico perhaps:
My HP all-in-one printer is connected wirelessly to my desktop PC and to my HP laptop.
I have no problems printing in colour or B&W from the PC but the laptop stubbornly refuses to print in colour, despite me selecting "Black" from the drop-down menu associated with the "Color" button on the Printer Dialog screen.
I suspect this may be a driver issue so would a reinstall of the printer resolve the issue or is there something else that I should be doing?

e.g. if you can't get a colour print from a Word document that you've created, try printing a photo from your image-viewing software. If you only get monochrome in both cases, it looks like it's a driver issue.
However if you were to find that you could print in colour from your image viewer, but not from Word, you'd need to examine your settings within Word.
