I had a problem with my Hotmail account yesterday.
It just disappeared, but after a while Microsoft came to the rescue, sent me an email, saying it was recovered, giving me instructions on how to make a new password.
Unfortunately, by the time I went to enter my new password I was informed the session had ended, and after trying to contact Microsoft a few times, not by email but online forms, I was told I had made too many enquiries and to try again tomorrow, i.e. today.
But how do I contact them? I do have a secondary Hotmail account but I realise the the email they sent me yesterday is a 'no reply' one:
Microsoft account team <[email protected]>
Is there anyone out there in AB land give me any advice on how to contact the Microsoft Account Team, or any sensible advice?
