How naive you must be if you believe that.  Plenty of examples to prove it doesn't always improve - Sly Stallone's mum, Jocelyn Wildenstein, Lynne Perry (Ivy Tilsley).

I think the surgeons should bear some responsibility and say 'no! Enough already' with clients like Katie Price, but of course they prefer the money

Have a day off barry I know the results are often a mess yet these people pay thousands for the privilege. The surgeons must be totally heartless con men and their victims deluded mental cases. Katy price pre surgery was no oil painting but at least her boat was in proportion. Now she looks like one of those halloween dolls.

I think people who have all these things done to themselves are possibly suffering from body dysmorphic disorder. Quite sad really.
