I am just wondering if anyone knows who recorded the dance version of this song (or at least a remix of it)

I've heard it a couple of times, and right at the beginning it sounds like a group of females counting down to the new year (they are actually doing the countdown, 10 to 0)

Really want to find this as it's a great version
