Rudy the Rottie is peeing all over the patio instead of the grass and it's stinking a bit. Can anyone recommend a pet safe cleaner?

We had to have fake grass put in when we had our Bull Mastiff. He dug massive craters in both lawns. It was like a swamp. He thought it was great.
