So lets flog a couple of warships to Brazil, of course wait until you just spent millions on a refit! What a shower this government is.

I suppose we should to be thankful that they didn't flog em to the illegal immigrant gangs. 

Well let's hope the refit proved value for money during the sell, and the cash is being put towards more modern, better, replacements.

(Perhaps the government feels that assault craft are not the what modern warfare needs. That missle and anti-missle/drone systems are more important ?)

There are plans for these ships to be replaced but they won't be ready until the mid thirties. It's obvious these two ships are important otherwise they wouldn't need replacing and neither would another country be interested in buying. 60 years ago the MOD were doing stupid things, you'd think that amount of time would be enough to learn some sense. Obviously not.
