Problems with MSN Messenger

When I use my old desktop I have no problems. When I use my new laptop I am seeing the following issues: the profile photo on the right hand side is not visible, when someone sends me a photo sometimes (not everytime) it is blocked by my firewall, and when I attempt to use my or view their webcam it says the other person does not have video and voice conferencing installed!! I believe I am using Messenger 4.7 Any suggestions most welcome.

Maybe you need to uninstall your version and download the latest version?
