VBA / Excel question

If I wanted to save a spreadsheet (i.e. formulas, formatting and inputs etc.) as the VBA code so that I could use it as macro on a blank spreadsheet and it reproduces the same sheet each time, how would I do it? In other ways, is there any way of saving a spreadsheet as "VBA Code"?
