The wallpaper is moving..!

Is there any way I can get a moving image as wallpaper? I know you can get things like fish tank screensavers but I'd like to be able to have it as desktop wallpaper, and maybe even a web-cam image. Any ideas?

Do a search for active wallpaper and you should find what you're looking for.

Get the effect you want in HTML and set it to be your active wallpaper. Beware though that this uses serious amounts of resources.
