if the above is, data bus width x clock speed x 10 with another 6 0's / (8 x 2)= data transfer rate, what does the "10 and another 6 0's", and the "(8 x2)" stand for?

the 6 0's will be for million, or in computer language, Mega.

the 8 i guess will be for bytes to bits.
