delay in AB pages

This the second time I've asked this. When I select an AB subject, there is a 20 second delay in the page appearing onto the screen,same thing happens when I switch back to an answer or another subject. The Done icon on the bottom left appears immediatley, but the Microsoft flag on the top right is not waving. I've plenty of memory spare, I've tried every connection, & switched off and on many times. No problems on any other programme,email OK. Can anyone help? The only thing Ive noticed is the words "trader double", "connect extra" & "admit" appear on the lower information strip, very quickly!!
