Since upgrading to iTunes 7 I have been unable to add new video content to my ipod. I ripped a dvd using handbrake then added it to my itunes library. I managed to convert it for ipod use, although it did take about 3 times longer than normal. When i plugged my ipod in to sync with my Mac all my new music was added ok, but the dvd wasn't. There was a error message saying I need to get the upgrade for my ipod, but I checked and its using the latest version. All my previous DVD rips are still there and working ok.
Please can anyone help?
Thanks
Matt

Sorry, I don't know about your specific problem, but a lot of people are not loving the iTunes update. Apple's users support discussion boards are usually pretty helpful for me; maybe there's something in there for you:

Maybe try the handbrake forums, too: http://handbrake.m0k.org/forum/

Please post back if you find a solution - I'm sure others will run into this issue. Thanks, and good luck!
You should make sure the video is MP4 or H2.64 video for iPod. Here is a step by step guide about converting DVD, Videos, Flash and Youtube videos to iPod
