Exterior undercoat and gloss finish. Available at any decorators merchant or d.i.y. store.
My phone box was painted in paint manufactured by Johnstones paint manufacturer which is available from GOOD hardware stores. Ask for EXTERIOR quality and the colour to ask for is "Post Office Red" ( yes that is the proper name!!" We has rather a lot of glass missing too but the local glaziers came up trumps by cutting glass to the right size but scraping out the old putty before painting was a long job.
