Ive got a Roxio update for a prog thats been downloaded ,to the pc, but I cant instal it ,windows tells me it cant find C;\ plus loads of other letters ,and then ask me if ive typed it correctly, click start button and search ,but where do I type it ,

In the start / run box firstly

I assume the C;\ etc is a typing error because it should start C:\

If you cant find it that way follow the tree/ address in Windows Explorer to find the location your looking for.

The easiest way for Roxio updates is to actually do it thru the program itself - look under help - there should be something like search for updates.

thank you Ukbod I,tried the things you suggested and ime sure youre right ,but its ,all beyond me, at 75yrs I thought things were beginning to click but it must have been my neck & knees ,I think I will ignore ,all the best
