Alt Gr key

Can anbody point me yo a web site with all the comands for using Alt Gr. I know its used for the � & � symbols but i heard it can also be used along with number codes for other stuff.

This site lists a number of the Alt codes (note: this is the use of the left Alt key not the Alt Gr key) and instructions on how to access Character Map...
