The above may not be the exact message, but I frequently am unable to log onto broadband ,and if I log out of windows it says the above programme is not responding, so I end it.
If I go back to the desktop icon and open , it will then connect
What's all this about then and how do I solve this niggle?

There must be a problem with your Broadband! The most likely cause is a Local Area Connection being unplugged, but contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) Tellling them the problem.
