How can I block spam e-mails I gets lots of banking scam e-mails and other offering sexual services some explicit I would to block this type Yahoo sort into spam box but I would like to block them altogether

The simplest way is to change your e-mail address. Once your address is known to the spammer there is nothing to prevent further spam. You may find that the spammer either keeps changing his own address so that you cannot block it or at worst hijacks another address from which to send the spam.

Change your e-mail address at intervals. Make it a non-obvious address.

Have a different 'public' e-mail address that you give to anyone from that you give to your friends (though if your friends' computers are insecure this won't help for long)
