Sending 2 of 2 (Outlook query)

Can anyone tell me why, and how to stop this happening ...

Even though there is no mail in my outbox I get the message in the lower right hand corner "sending 2 of 2" ??

First, check your sent items folder to see if there is anything there you haven�t sent. It could be a technical issue with Outlook. Under the �help� button, there is an option to �detect and repair�. Run this to see if it rectifies the problem. You may have been hacked, and your machine is being used as a �zombie�. If you do not have a firewall, get one. There are many free versions available. Also anti virus. Make sure your definitions are up to date and run a scan. Update regularly, I suggest every day. Run scans regularly. Once a week is a minimum. I run mine every day.
