I'm no computer whiz PeaPod but yes is the answer I think. It may be that you are just being notified by your security software that it has identified and dealt with a threat. If not, it may be asking you to deal with the infecton yourself.

If you click on your internet security icon, then go to Virus you can follow the instructions. You will probably be told what the problem is and asked how you want to deal with it. Many infections are 'quarrantined' when the infected file is isolated so that it can cause no mischief.

As I said, I'm no computer buff and I'm sure other ABers can give you more info.
I'm no expert either what anti-virus are you using?
