It would have to have had the OS disc to format/reinstall everything ... the drivers disc can only be used after the OS is up and running...
Anyway... !! Rather that use the drivers CD, go to the HP website and download them (newer drivers are always better to use than the outdated ones on a CD, although some of the drivers on the site go back to 2004). Here's the site:

The graphics card is made by ATI! But laptop drivers are slightly different... you have to get the graphics drivers from the laptop manufacturer rather than the graphics card company like I suggested previously.
