Norton- Complete Removal

I read somewhere that even after removing Norton internet security that it still leaves some files on the computer. Also in the same article it recommended that you download a small program that removes these. I have lost this article and wondered if anyone knows the name of this download. I think it is something like NISRT

If you use the original installation disk, it gives you the option to uninstall if you can't trace that.
