When I hold shift and press 2 instead of getting the quotation marks thingy ( " ) I now get @ and when I press the button for @ I get "
Also, when I hold shift and press 3 I get # instead of the pound sign. Another couple of buttons seem to be messed up too
This has never happened before, any ideas?

You have it on American settings, and need to change to English (UK).

Thank you!! and thanks for quick reply. This only happened today, so I'm guessing my son must have pressed Alt and Shift when he was on earlier. Thanks again
