When to use "trading as"?
3 Answers
I've got a limited company and a kind of sub-company that I started as a sole trader before I incorporated the limited company. The sub-company has now been subsumed (right word?) into the ltd one but still operates in name as seperate entity.
Is this where I should use the term "trading as" as in Ltd Co trading as Sub Co when I refer to the Sub Co?
Or is it Sub Co trading as Ltd Co?
I have to sign a contract for the Sub Co and am well confused!
Thanks!
