have nt had a problem before putting photos on my laptop but when i plugged the cable in the back of laptop from the camera yesterday it turned my laptop off and each time i tried it did the same, now cant get the internet at home on so am writing this at work where it works ! am puzzled as to what is going on any suggestions please.
