Can anyone recommend a registry cleaner. Free if possible but I'd pay if one can be recommended

Thank you both for the help. Especially Heathfield. That CCleaner is really something. It cleaned out 2 Gigabites.
I feel 2 stone lighter and faster than a speeding bullet..
