Having trouble with Logitech webcams
0 Answers
I've bought a Logitech Quick Cam Fusion webcam for home and a Logitech Quickcam for Notebooks Pro for my laptop (which is also my work computer).
Home can see and hear me fine.
I can see home fine but cannot hear them.
There is no problem with the microphone on the Fusion because I can make quick videos using it and they have sound.
My speakers are on and turned up , on my laptop, because I can play music fine.
Whilst doing a video call (using MSN) the sound bar on the home picture doesn't go up and down (which is suspicious) but it doesn't appear to be muted and I can't find anything else I can do to make it work. I have even reinstalled the software on my laptop.
Any ideas gratefully received!
