i have got outlook web access on my pc as i have got BT business broadband and when ever my pal sends me a email it i never recieve it, i know it is being sent to the right email address, So where does it go and how do i go about getting them back so i can read them?

Have you configured your account in Outlook?
Have you set Outlook to check for new mail periodically?
