Windows movie maker

When I convert the file from the above prog.into DV-AVI prior to burning,it distorts the background music.can anyone help PLEASE?

yes, dont use movie maker!
its not for making dvds

If you convert it to DV-AVI successfully you can then burn it on Nero.I've done it before,but for some reason I'm having this problem with the background music.

use something designed for the job, i use ulead videostudio which can do what you can do in movie maker plus write directly to the DVD
