Does anyone know how to unlock the Task Manager when it has been locked by the administrator?

Oh so you're not on a corporate network, ok. Well, one of the people that has a login on your computer will be an administrator. You need to get them to log in and enable it, or just make you an administrator too.

I am already logged in as the adminstrator.
