How do i insert a hyperlink in a powerpoint footer?? Many thanks in advance

If you wish the hyperlink to appear on all slides then you could just edit the slide master by inserting your text where you want it to appear on each slide (Not in the footer area) then hyperlinking it as normal.

You cannot (I think) put a hyperlink into a footer in Powerpoint 2003.
