Is there anyone else (especially in the West of Scotland) that is finding their BT Broadband and/or Home Hub is very slow just now. Everything seems to be slow but downloading is now down to 3KB/sec from BT's own site (there is a new upgrade to their BBDesktopHelp software which would allow me to test my connection). After trying several times, it is still saying that it will be 4hrs to download a 37MB file!!!!
I`ve got a similar problem with my hub as well W/B, i`ve made some moody decision but opting for the home hub defo tops it off. Its been more trouble than its worth and as for getting intouch with their call centres, well, i`m not even gonna go there;)
