turbocad

hi, I wish to design a house using turbocad, how do I set up the thickness of the walls? I need to get the outside walls 300mm thick and then reset for the inside walls at 100mm thick. this has to be accurate as I am going to work on a scale of 100.1. to submit for planning approval.
