every time i close a folder on my desktop all the icons and tool bar disappear for a few seconds. its highly annoying. any one had the same or know how to remedy it? i`ve cleaned everything virus checked an spyware scanned.
the other thing is is it safe to remove all the uninstall files after a system restart? its not linked cos i haven`t removed them yet
