What do I need to download to be able to play FLV files as windows doesn't recognise the file type

Convert to Mpeg using this:

Tab open the above -follow your nose eg copy & paste the .flv file address into the window provided by KEEPVID -choose the site from drop down menu-click download and name your file-not forgetting to add .flv after your title.

Finally- download an open-source program (free) called VLC which will play your .flv files + a few other types also....
