hotmail/msn contacts

How on earth do i add my msn contacts to my hotmail address book?! Also, how do i delete email addresses from my address book and msn contacts?

I think i must be being completely dumb.

have you tried to log in to your hotmail account and select the contacts tab?
you should be able to do everything you want there... www.hotmail.com.....
