Can anyone help me. A while ago i send a word document to a colleague and asked for comments. He typed this onto my original. Now I cant get rid of them. I've noticed an extra bit on the top right hand side of the toolbar and if I change it from 'final showing markup' to 'original' then I'm ok and things go back to normal. However the problem is that I've sent the doc to some other people and they get the version with the comment boxes down the right hand side, which I don't want to send to them. Is there anyway that I can get things back to normal. I've tried saving the whole doc with another name but that doesn't seem to do the trick.
thank you....

Not sure if this is right, it sounds different to the (older) versions I'm used.
