Can anybody on answerbank help me please,I have been playing a game called playandwin on my computer,but for no reason I can't get the game to play all I get is Java going round in a circle on the screen where the game should be.
I have been to their Tech site and they tell me on the screen that everything is OK but I can't that game or any other on the site.
Has anybody any ideas please,I have even gone back and taken everything off my computer and gone back to factory settings.

If you have recently removed some spyware from your pc, using a program then you may have deleted a vital part of the games software. Most of these games use spyware to communicate with their servers to report back what you are doing and stuff like that.

Deleting the spyware can cause the program or game to stop working.

If its not then you could re-instal java to try that.

Thankyou Paulst,I have only got AOL spyware and it normally works with that,I will try reinstalling Java.
