error report 'drive letter access'

Everytime i log into windows XP after having my laptop in hibernation, an error report appears with the title 'Drive Letter Access Component' Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?

Problem with the process tfswctrl.exe missing, moved, or corrupt.

The program causing the error is DirectCD. Trry Re-Installing DirectCD

Download and Install this program:
http://download.intervideo.com/directcddvd/rel ease2/Enu/DirectCDDVD.exe

This should fix the problem.
