Hi,

I have a word document that contains a total of 5 fields to complete.....

How do I make it so that when a user opens up the word document - a prompt box pops up for each field (one after each other)

it's easy .... just learn to use visual basic ....

There isn't really an easy way ...
you might google up some code for a template ..
but .......
