WindowsxP and hard drive sizes

Have just upgraded to a Sats system using a 320Gb hard drive. The BIOS sees the whole 320 gig but XP only sees the drive as 131gig! Anyone with the answer why and, how can I recover the full drive? Many thanks

By default, Windows XP does not support 48 bit LBA addressing.
Here is a Microsoft article detailing how to fix the problem.
