My daughter has informed me that when she is on MSN all of a sudden she is 'signed out'.
She then has to 'sign in' again.
This happens to her all the time.

Does anyone know why this is happening and what I can do to stop it?

It all depends how she is connected to the net. Via broadband? ISP? Router or Modem? which operating system and version of msn?

its easier to diagnose if these questions are answered :)

We have broadband with an Ethernet router. we have windows XP home and use windows live messenger.
I hope that information helps. (I'm not really very computer literate!!)
It's not a new system and we've never had this problem before.
