Explorer has caused an error problem

I keep getting a message saying
'explorer has caused an error in KERNAL 32DLL explorer will now close' and a message saying
'Rundll32 has caused an error in KERNAL32DLL Rundll will now close'
Wot is this and how do i stop it??

) it said to enter this line in the system.ini file under the [boot] section.eg [boot] drivers=mmsystem.dll. In addition try spybot search and destroy ( http://www.safer-networking.org/
) and see what turns up. If this is from your iffy Windows ME computer with no internet access, go for the system.ini solution first.
