How do I record flash from Internet Explorer

I', trying to capture or somehow record/download the flash movies that i sometimes see online.

it never gives a link for download but is there any kind of software that allows youto capture it while it is playing or to actual allow you to download it?

www.newgrounds.com is the site where i cannot get the files. any help. i jsut want to be able to playthem on my phone :(

trying to download capture and then convert it to 3pg. myphone has flash player too.

when you play the movie, it is saved as a "swf" file in the temporary internet files folder. so go IExplorer, rt click Internet Properties, Browsing History Settings, View Files, then copy & paste it somewhere convenient.

Now.... how to convert to 3pg - sorry, I'm not that clever!
also, I find that if I were to close the movie window before I copy the file, it disappears. so I try to copy it with the window still open.

Should do the capture (I didn't try it, as I tend to use Firefox which has numerous similar add-ons). Not sure about the conversion, though. Super might do the trick.
