after having problems i uninstalled my hp deskjet 1360 from my windows 98se system when trying to reinstall i keep getting a message that an application has been found and memory used on c:\program files\hp i have managed to install the printer as default but do not have any icons on desktop and no help screen how do i clear the memory and reinstall properly ? please help me!!!
