From your previous message Tues 05/06/07,I have downloaded several sounds to my library in Windows Media Player.I have tried to burn these to a CD,I keep getting a message telling me '' an error has occured''. I presume the sounds I downloaded are in Wav format so I don't understand why i'm unable to record them,can you help please? WR.

I assume you are trying to copy them to CD as "data" files.

If so I do not see why there should be a problem. If they are WAV files then there should be no problem storing them on CD as pure "data" files

If you are using some other format, like copying them as "audio" format, then that may be a problem.

Are you putting them on CD purely as a backup or for some other reason ?

I have sounds such as lion roaring,ocean surf, thunder,etc. I am trying to incorporate them with music.Is this possible?WR.

Problem solved I got all downloads into i-Tunes & then burnt CD from there.
