Central storage and administration of Contacts in Outlook 2003
0 Answers
I recently had a system in work of Public Folders where we had contacts stored there.
Our Exchange server was decomissioned due to ill health and replaced with Web mail.
I stored a copy of our Public folder as a PST file and imported this back into each persons Outlook frontend.
While this has solved my problem in teh short term, i wanted to find out if theres a way of storing these contacts centrally on a server to be viewed in Outlook and also be changed and have the change filter through the whole network.
The server i have access to is Windows 2000 Server, if that helps.
Cheers
