Help with Clifford Security System please.

Hello all,

I had a Clifford Concept 300 security system fitted to my car some seven years ago & up until now it has been fine. Today the central locking will no longer operate from the key fob. The system will still arm and disarm and the window roll ups still operate but the doors will not lock. My questions are:-

A) Has anyone any idea what could be wrong?
B) I've read the documents & user manual and this states that the system has a lifetime warranty but unfortunately, the garage that fitted the system has since ceased trading. Do you think this would be something that would be covered under the warranty and if so, would I be able to take it to an alternative Clifford dealer to be fixed?

I have emailed Clifford and am awaiting a reply. Just wondered if you peeps may be able to give me any advice in advance.

hi if your car has had a externel door motor fitted for the central locking it could be this what as caused your problem. what car is it ?? thanks

Thanks for your help. I disconnected the battery thinking that may solve the problem but it didn't. Strangely when I tried it the next morning it was fine and has been since!
