my packard bell easynote laptop screen keeps losing its full colour, by that i mean the colours are very pale, have checked all the connections and they are all ok, any help before i take it to someone will be appreciated, thanx all

hi i no nothing sbout tech thingd but when my laptop did this is was the energy saving device on it turned to save energy by making everything pale i went into management and checked the brightness and energy proformance buttins and they were on 50% so changed them to 100 and this is working fine now so could try that!
