Free laptop if you sign up to Orange broadband. What is the catch?

Two other catches.

The "free" laptop you are offered is crap. To get anything decent you have to buy a better latop, although it is in effect �300 off any laptop.

But also Orange broadband has a TERRIBLE reputation.

I had Orange broadband, not the use of the word "had"...

I had loads of problems with it couldn't use the internet for days on end sometimes.

I have orange broadband and havent had a single problem with it.
